A RIVER BLUE is a vocational training and arts empowerment project for former IDP camp youth of Northern Uganda who have recently resettled following the war.
ARB offers youth a hybrid curriculum that mixes tailoring, agriculture, art, English and business. ARB also sponsors youth through a variety of outside programs including secondary school, catering/hotel management, and various other vocational training programs.
