Of the millions of civilians uprooted by the Iraq conflict and living in dire conditions, those most at risk are the tens of thousands who worked for Americans and their coalition partners in Iraq. These countries have a responsibility to help those who helped us and to vastly increase humanitarian aid for the displaced and the countries hosting them.
