Most of us spend a great deal of time thinking, lost in thought, remembering the past, worrying about the future, seldom fully present. Notice when this happens. Notice when you unconciously fall into reaction, instead of acting from wisdom. Wake up to every action, no matter how small, as an indicator of your level of integrity. Be aware of the habit of thinking and where it takes you, and how it colors your world.
