A proposal for national scale social enterprise, collateral-free microcredit, broadband deployment and childcare reform under a profit for purpose paradigm for microeconomic development.This is not an appeal for funding but to raise awareness of the possibility of deploying a 'Marshall Plan' against global poverty with such an approach to international development.
