The Butterfly Project is a training project for gifted and talented children and young people in rural Africa, teaching them the skills they need to be the social entrepreneurs of the future.

Linking with Ashoka and UK's NAGC, programmes will be drawn up to inspire the young gifted rural African, whilst sympathetically handling and supporting the needs of these children.

The brainpower of huge numbers of rural Africans lies untapped and this project aims to draw out this potential, multiplying the numbers of social entrepreneurs working in these areas, but also ensuring that Africa's greatest resource can be channeled into social good, not personal gain.
