The Road is a film about the horror of genocide at its worst in Southeast Asia. Nestled between Thailand and India is a country known as Burma (or Myanmar which is not recognized as its name) where a government, shut off from the world is persecuting millions of villagers, porters, women and children.

In August of 2006 Invisible Children and Restore International sent four friends out on a journey to this place to capture the essessence of the Karen people and the struggles they deal with every day.  This site is to connect you to current events in Burma, give you a place to voice your concerns, and to be a part of spreading the word about the atrocities going on inside its borders.
