The aim of the project is
* to create 10 new model rehabilitation facilities from existing psychoneurological internats to give Ukrainian government examples to follow in creating more than 400 such facilities
* to raise awareness of goverment support for adoption and foster care within Ukraine
* to replace existing orphanages with family-type homes
