Why I did it: I brought a mug in from work so I don't have to use the Styrofoam cups. I'm also trying to convince the office manager to change to some mugs and cups.

Why I did it: don't drink coffee, but i do drink tea. instead of buying it out i brew it at home and drink from a mug here, so i guess that counts for not using disposable cups even though it's not something being cut out.
