Compelled by God’s call and the global water and sanitation crisis, Lifewater International equips partner organizations and works with them to empower communities in developing countries to gain safe water, adequate sanitation, effective hygiene, and the knowledge of Jesus’ love.
Lifewater International is a nonprofit organization that helps developing countries gain access to clean, safe water, and improved health through sanitation and hygiene.
Lifewater recognizes that water, sanitation, and hygiene are essential to health. Without them, people are put at great risk for a number of diseases.
Lifewater's work involves training indigenous partner organizations in water well drilling, hand pump repair, biosand filter construction, latrine construction, and sanitation and hygiene education.
Lifewater currently has partnerships in Ethiopia, Uganda, Nigeria, Kenya, Ecuador, Zambia, Southeast and Central Asia.
