My name is Jonathan Cilley and I am a 24 (almost 25) year-old .Net software developer in the Washington DC area.

I also am the Director of Information Technology for WellPetUSA, Inc. and a web developer for Greyhound Welfare, Inc.

My hobbies include skiing (cross-country and downhill), playing the drums, volunteering with local animal rescue/education groups and technology.

It may be overused, but the biggest change that needs to be made is to break down the stereotypes that keep us all apart.

Throughout history small differences in philosophy, religion and culture have caused conflict but the fundamentals of being a human do not change with any of those. If we can make those that cause conflict see that their neighbor is fundamentally the same as they are things would only improve. It's a lofty goal, but one that is worth striving for.

Both Bill Gates and Warren Buffett because I would love to be able to use my personal wealth (if I had a lot like they do) to influence the world in positive ways. There are so many causes that need financial help and good people to staff them but not enough of either in the world and these two business moguls have realized this problem and are addressing it.
