According to my Razoo staff bio:

We found Ryan "The Tiger Fist" Morris on an obscure South Pacific Island almost lifeless after losing an underworld cage fighting match. Razoo's resident doctor was able to nurse Ryan back to health with ancient herbal remedies and meditation methods taught to him by two 190-year old monks.

After having a bad user experience on a mixed martial art social networking site, "Tiger Fist" realized his life needed something more meaningful than knee strikes and choke holds. As a result, Ryan traded in his glass-covered hand wraps for a laptop, embarking on a quest to create a perfect online community experience.

In reality, Ryan is known to his peeps on Razoo as the "Community Guru" and is responsible for the management, moderation and growth of Razoo's online community. He earned his black belt in community management after working in AOL's Social Media division (he can terminate 1,000 spammer accounts quicker than you can say, "spinning hook kick.") Before AOL, he worked for a non-profit as a program and communications manager, instituting and managing their first social networking tools (ListServ and a blog, oh my!) amongst several other community oriented endeavors.

Improve working conditions in developing countries.
Make health care available to all.
Eliminate racism.
Eliminate dependence on fossil fuels.
