Dr. D. Tai ("Diane ABC") serves as president of Allies Building Community Inc. (A.B.C.). Its mission is to build a beautiful community of allies and friends locally and globally to undo fear, ignorance, hatred, poverty, negativity and suffering. ABC's approach is to focus on holding in mind the solutions or image of we want to manifest. A.B.C. helped to develop the Friendship Archway in Downtown DC to remind people to appreciate and honor each other to build a friendlier and happier world.

Dr. Tai has served as president of various turn-key projects created for business and community purposes in the U.S. and abroad. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) of Washington D.C. She has also served as a delegate to the United Nations Economic Commission for Asia and the Far East representing the United States, among other leadership roles in business and in the community.

Dr. Tai earned her Ph.D. and Master's degrees majoring in economics and international relations from the George Washington University in Wash. D.C. She received her bachelor's degree in economics from Columbia University in New York City. To stay in touch with the community, she regularly attends "Meetup for Conversations" on the 3rd Sundays of each month from 12:30pm to 2pm in Wash. D.C. http://socialnetwork.meetup.com/5/

My friends and I would like to build a beautiful community of allies and friends, sharing joy, friendship and prosperity as a model for personal, economic and community development to undo fear, ignorance, negativity, unforgiveness, hatred and suffering. We focus on strengthening the picture of the solution to the problem(s). Lack of love and appreciation are among people of diverse backgrounds are part of the causes of social problems.

One of the ways we extend Love is through changing our thoughts to appreciation and gratitude, rather than judgment, condemnation, unforgiveness, intolerance, "being right", defensiveness, lack of awareness and negativity.

Another way is to help organize weekly programs and monthly "Meetups for Conversations" in Washington D.C. to provide free opportunities for people of diverse backgrounds to come together, practice together and succeed together.

We have many exciting projects in mind and would love to work with web designers, web developers, organizers and community builders to help co-create more joy, friendship and prosperity for all!

My friends and I would love to meet people who want to make a big difference by working together as volunteers to make things happen in Washington D.C. We meet face to face on the 3rd Sundays at the Burma Restaurant, 740 6th St. NW 2nd floor, Wash. DC 20001. We also connect various through web projects to make good things happen locally and globally!

We need help especially related to web design, web development, IT technology, computer, Quickbooks and software programming capabilities.
