be a healthy individual and share ethics and values and set an example for children that dont have healthy adults in their lives. stop using plastic bags and wasting without thinking. see as much as you can to understand where we are as a planet and as people. i will continue to learn about cultures and people in order to open my mind and see life from different perspectives. this will encourage progression and allow us to better educate each other towards a healthier planet and human race.
