I am the mother of 4 wonderful adult children who have blessed me with 7 fabulous grandchildren. I currently live in So Calif but I am relocating to Washington State in January of 2008 to head up the Life in Africa Foundation which will assist the NeD communities in Uganda.

Poverty is gone
Peace abounds
Education is for all children
Humanity is definitely more important than politics

All these things exist in the world I dream of, the world I am will to spend the rest of my life working for, the world we all deserve.

I would love to meet Linda, and Lars, and Mark, and George, and all the other Onetters that I have been chatting with for the last couple of years.

I am very fortunate to have been able to visit some of the beautiful countries in Europe that include Belgium, Holland, parts of Germany and a wonderful village in the Italian Swiss Alps.

I have also lived two times in Uganda, East Africa. The first time for almost 5 months and the second time for a year. It is an experience I have never forgotten and can't wait to do again.

Africa, mostly Uganda, is my passion. I love the people and am so excited to be working with them. I am also an avid crafter and love using recycled materials.

Nothing but plain old English, sometimes with a little bit of a soulthern accent...especially when I get around my relatives from Texas.
