Ways I would change the world

Using the DIY Solar technique, we are introducing a pv technique into developing countries that allows even the poorest person to have a little electricity and so replace their oil lamps, candles etc that cause so many problems.
It is also possible for the better-off to solar charge their car batteries instead of making a trip to the nearest town with a mains supply.

People I'd like to meet

I would like to meet some of the top people in the World Bank and find out why they only fund projects that help the better-off
