My short bio:

I was born in Tampa, Fl just after my parents moved there from England (my mom is British - they met and married in London). I have two sisters - Rebecca & Katharine.

I grew up in the Philadelphia area and went off to college in Princeton, NJ - where I played baseball and did my best to study.

I've started a few companies - including one that was providing phone services in rural El Salvador - and now spend my full-time efforts leading Razoo.

1. Encourage people more often - learn to be positive instead of critical.

2. Be more deliberate with my time, so that I have more margin for other people.

3. Encourage marriages and families. Marriage and family are such a blessing and provide the most basic level of support network for people.

4. Build double-bottom line businesses, that provide for the welfare of those who work them and that contribute to the overall society.
