07/17/07 Why I did it: You know what's REALLY bad? Bottled dog water. There's even FLAVORED bottled dog water. That's so messed up. I drink water cooler water from a party cup I got in New Orleans. People look at me funny in meetings sometimes.

07/17/07 Why I did it: I make coffee at home every morning and carry it to work in a little coffee thermos. Cheaper and better for the environment!

06/12/07 Why I did it: I fill my 32-ounce cup with water at least four times a day, and drink it all. A tip: have a fun cup. Mine's from a place on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, and folks always ask me what's in the cup.

Why I Joined: I visited China - specifically Beijing, Sichuan Province and Guizhou Province - this spring and met many of these "floating families." My organization is working with the only middle school for migrant students on Beijing's outskirts.

Why I Joined: I agree with the concerns about sustained relief hindering development; success should be measured by how quickly populations transition from relief to rebuilding (when possible).
