Top priorities:
1. Smaller housing - Americans need this the most. I live out in a tent year around. An available of small huts would be better, more attractive to people to try it out. Example: Dignity Village of Portland, Oregon.
2. Veganism - Going vegan is as good as going without a car, having impacts on sustainable living, protecting habitat, reducing global warming emissions, peace and nonviolence.
3. Alternative transportation - Walking, biking, mass transportation.
4. Tree planting - We must plant trees on a scale as if we're going to war.
5. Alternative energy - First reducing energy use by the 3 first steps above (yes, veganism impacts this too), but then developing renewable forms of energy. And the less centralized the better it will be for democracy.
6. Development of the sharing economy - I'll have to develop my definition of this later.
