My Bio

I am an Italian freelance journalist and multimedia producer based in New York City. I'm involved in several projects that employ digital storytelling as a mean of engaging and empowering disadvantaged communities. Among my collaborations, the Center for Citizen Media at UC Berkeley, Story Corps, and the Center for Digital Storytelling. I co-founded The Raw File story blog with photo-video journalist Brenda Ann Kenneally and work on documentary projects with her and photojournalist Justin Mott. I believe in the power of stories for changing the world.
