Establish a world federation based on the enforceable protection of human rights outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and funded by a global micro tax on cross border currency trading (Tobin tax). First goal would be establishing the global infrastructure needed for providing a basic education, primary health care, clean water, sanitation, and adequate nutrition for every man, woman and child in need.

People who are interested in education others...including their Members of Congress on the need for global enforcement of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a means of preventing most national security threats we face and responding far more effectively to the threats we can't prevent.
