i was born and grew up in germany. my parents were always passionate about travelling so i was lucky enough to get to know various places during my childhood. when i was 16 i went on a highschool exchange to argentina for a year that's when i first really found out what actually means poverty. from that time on i knew i had to change something in the world. i finsihed my school in germany and went to the netherlands for studying, participated in a double-degree programme with an ecuadorian university. that's how i got to know ecuador, i lived there 1.5 years then finished my bachelor in amsterdam. now i'm in germany about to go back to live in ecuador, cause there are so many opportunities to change the world, even if only a tiny bit. just now i started to study for my master in sustainable development (distance programm)....that's all....up till now...;-)

know and teach the consequence of every action. if we would all turn our mind on and reflect once in a while what we are doing, and what the consequences of our actions are, changing old/bad habits becomes really easy.

well there are quite a lot... i guess Jeffrey Sachs is number one cause he's just brilliant in my eyes, Nelson Mandela because he dedicated his whole life to the one cause that mattered most to him, then there are a bunch of other great persons like Kofi Annan, Joschka Fischer, Jeremy Rifkin, Naomi Klein, Al Gore.......
