I don't think the photo is necessarily cruel but my Doxie runs under the bed when she sees her highly modified sweater come off the hanger, but it is awful cute! Let's keep our playfulness with our animal friends while we continue to lobby for more equitable and far reaching animal "neglect and cruelty laws". As I see it, all violence is cause for immediate concern!
